Karma’s Paradise Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Karma’s Paradise for your self-care and hair wellness journey. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, please carefully review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Payments
- All appointments must be booked through our official website: www.karmasparadis.com.
- Payment is due at the time of booking. Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled.
- 30% of all payments are non-refundable. This secures your spot and covers preparation time and products reserved for your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- If cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior, 50% of your payment will be held as a non-refundable fee and transaction fees will also be deducted to cover processing and reversal costs.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
- If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be considered a No Call, No Show.
- First offense: 50% of your payment will be held.
- Second offense: You will be restricted from booking future appointments and no refund will be issued.
Refunds & Service Completion
- Once services or products have been completed and delivered, there are no refunds.
- If there is an issue with your service or product, please reach out to customer service within 24 hours so we can work toward a resolution.
Additional Policies
- Children & Guests: For the comfort of all clients, children and extra guests are not allowed unless being serviced. Child add-on is available upon request.
- Health & Safety: If you are sick, contagious, or experiencing scalp infections/conditions that may affect services (unless getting a hair and scalp consultation), please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to decline service for health and safety reasons.
- Service Guarantee: We strive for excellence. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know within 24 hours of service completion so we may address your concerns.
- Product Returns: Due to the nature of personal care products, all product sales are final.
- Right to Refuse Service: Karma’s Paradise reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates policies, demonstrates disrespectful behavior, or creates an unsafe environment.
