Community Requests and Requirements:

1. Daily Engagement Commitment:

   • Members are required to engage daily by liking, commenting, and sharing posts from fellow members.
   • A daily check-in will be mandatory where members report the support they’ve provided (and received), encouraging accountability. Simply reply to members post letting us know your engagement.

2. Content Quality and Consistency:

   • Members must post high-quality, relevant content aligned with their niche at least 3 times a week. This content could be business, beauty, natural hair, faith, fashion, etc., depending on your focus.
   • Each post should aim to generate engagement (questions, polls, etc.) to invite interaction and collaboration.

3. Support Rotation:

   • Implement a support rotation schedule where you support each member before posting your post.
   • Each member should spend a minimum of 10-15 minutes daily supporting others in the group.

4. Training & Growth Resources:

   • Attend monthly training sessions on topics like content creation, engagement strategies, or personal growth (part of the membership perks).
   • Members must be open to feedback and growth, as periodic assessments of each other's progress will be done.

5. Respect & Encouragement:

   • A culture of positivity, respect, and encouragement is mandatory.
   • No negativity, trolling, or dismissive behavior will be tolerated. Constructive criticism is encouraged, but only when requested.

6. Exclusive Opportunities:

   • Members will get priority access to promotions, collaborations, and opportunities from within the community.
   • Participation in the community’s projects (like cross-promotion, giveaways, etc.) will be required at least once a month to build group synergy.

7. Paid Monthly Membership:

   • Members must pay a monthly fee of $25 to stay in the group, contributing to its exclusivity and the resources offered (trainings, networking, etc.).
   • Payment is due on the  Day you purchased of each month. A 7-day grace period is allowed, after which non-payment results in removal from the group.

8. Engagement Penalties:

   • Members who do not engage consistently will receive a warning after one week of inactivity.
   • A second offense will result in a temporary removal (1 week) from the community to encourage accountability. A third offense leads to permanent removal.

9. Promotion of Others:

   • Members must actively promote at least 2 other members’ products, services, or content once a week through their platforms (social media, blogs, newsletters, etc.).

10. Exclusive Group Chat:

• All interactions happen within a private group chat on Telegram. Do not share any information outside our chat. If you know someone that can benefit from the information, invite them to join.
• Members can share daily wins, challenges, and request advice or help directly in this chat, fostering a tight-knit environment.

• Access to exclusive content such as masterclasses, guides, or collaboration opportunities.
• Monthly featured member spotlights where a business or content creator is highlighted.
• 1-on-1 consultations or mentoring sessions as bonuses for active members.

Accountability Check:

• Each month, members will receive a report of their engagement and feedback on how they’re supporting others.
• Periodic group challenges will be introduced to keep things fun, such as “30-Day Growth Spurts” where everyone commits to a specific content or business strategy.
