I’m Kay Cole, your Length Retention Coach. I guide naturals through their hair growth journey by providing personalized hair care regimens alongside Karma's Paradise Growth Cocktail System. This system is designed to fast-track your growth, repair and reverse hair loss, and help you retain length.

I have over 8 years of experience in the hair care industry. Like many of you, I faced my own hair struggles. As a teen, I relaxed my hair, and from 2007 to 2016, my hair was severely damaged due to years of relaxers and improper care.

In 2016, after having my first son, I suffered from postpartum hair loss. I experienced this again in 2019 after my second son. These challenges led me to create the Growth Cocktail Oil in 2017, which has now evolved into a complete system with proven results.

I struggled alone for a long time, researching how to care for my hair. Thankfully, I was successful, and now I’m dedicated to paying it forward to naturals in need.
